Blue Headline finds the research worth your time and explains it plainly.
Thousands of studies come out every week. Most people have no time to find the good ones, let alone read them.
That is our job. We read widely, pick the findings that matter, and turn them into articles you can read on a coffee break.
What we cover
Research from every field that touches daily life: health and longevity, sleep, the mind and learning, relationships and society, the planet, science and technology.
We choose by one test. After reading, will you be glad you did? Will you know or understand something you didn’t before?
If a study doesn’t pass that test, we skip it. On a slow week, that means publishing less.
What you can expect
- The finding first. What the study found, in plain words, before the details.
- Honest limits. How strong the evidence is, what it doesn’t show, and what earlier research found.
- Sources you can check. Every article links to the original research.
- A point of view. We say what we find convincing, and what we don’t.
How we’re funded
Blue Headline is free to read. Ads pay for it.
We don’t use affiliate links, and nobody pays us to cover a study. Advertisers have no say in what we write.
Not medical advice
We explain research. We don’t give personal medical, financial or legal advice.
One study rarely settles a question. Before changing treatment, diet, medication or anything important, talk to a qualified professional.
